Steve Craw, are you the "Happy Piano Tuner" that used to be in NYC recording studios all the time?
Wow!I love this view. Refinished fallboard and a new/old set of beautiful ivories.

Wow it looks great!
Nice work.
Congratulations, It's beautiful.
(now you have to tune it)
In today's piano market, where there isn't as much interest in piano as a few years ago. I still restore pianos for their owners, which can run $10,000 plus, but mostly you restore a piano because the owner wants to give their piano another lifetime of use.
The Weber that I'm restoring is a prime brand in it's day, so worth the effort. I paid $250.oo for it plus $235.00 to move it. I expect to have less than $2K total invested by the end.
I have no intentions to sell , but I've seen these sell for $30 to 45K, so I think worth the effort.
