• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Waiting on one of these...

Build in progress.

Will look good on my little old chair in the foyer.

Better strapped on, tuned up and plugged in.

It was until you revealed it. :ganz

Was there a reason for hiding it? :hmm

None at all.

Just a little theatrics with my non-relevatory post.

Picked the top from a bunch that Tom had matched. Measured the neck dimensions on 8 of my 1950s Gibsons, along with a couple of newer instruments that I favor from a neck feel perspective, and passed them on with an average that meets the bill. Now waiting on the build.

Have not selected pick ups. Tom favors Sheptones. Also uses Throbaks and OX4s.

My JG BM Semi has Throbaks, so leaning to one of the new makers that I don't have.

I've noticed some here just don't get it. Kudos for trying...
