Hi Dan, thank you so much that is super helpful. Full disclosure... the guitar I'm restoring is not actually a Gibson but an 80s Greco Mint Collection EG57-60.

Full mahogany body (no maple cap) like an original custom with 3 pickups. It's a great little guitar, which I want to get up to scratch again.
