I'm not sure what color this is. The dealer I got it from never told me and I never asked. Looks like a honeyburst to me.

Of course, I'm not throwing away my cherryburst either.

Can't beat a good Dark Burst either. Sorry, I thought I'd just throw this in to confuse you.:ganz

You wouldn´t have liked a new original Sunburst Les Paul. They were mostly Cherry Bursts.

I've had both. Currently I have a Honey Burst. But I think I'd prefer to have an Iced Tea Burst instead.

Which would I choose? Neither one. If I had my druthers it'd be either a dark burst, a desert burst or maybe one of those bourbon burst editions that people are always posting here and making me drool like a rabid dog.

What I own is a '99 honeyburst Standard, and I got it because of the great deal offered. Am not crazy about the finish, but, then, I don't look it when I play it, which is almost every day. Did I mention I love the guitar? No? Well, I do. Extremely much.

Here's the Honey Burst I currently have:

And here's the Iced Tea Burst I used to have:

Hmm... in these pics, they look remarkably about the same. In real life, the old Iced Tea one was more burgundy... almost a rust color. Very pretty.

But the new one will do juuuuust fiiine! LOL

Oh and to answer the Op original question, these are my two favorite bursts so I would get both! But choosing just one, at this time it would be ice tea...

I am beginning to notice that a lot of the pictures here posted and shared are blurry and not showing the real thing as it's somewhat limited and controlled by the hosting site?

I was just taking a few pictures of this 2005 Iced Tea this week of what have become of the burst shade finish.:hmm

Not sure how I would describe this as it looks the same? (scratching his head here?)
