LP Special RI tuners

I Ordered a set of Grover 133N tuners, the ones with the vintage style casings (they use 4 screws to attach each side of tuners to the guitar.)

Does anyone know if I will have to drill out the headstock in order to get the holes of the new tuners to line up with the old ones?

Thanks in advance.
