How does it look Dave, I hear the backs are kindof an oxblood color.

It has a very dark brown (to me) back, identical to the Betts.

Put some Grovers on it and save $3200. spin

Is it me or does the Betts model seem a little over priced?

Yes, the Betts is overpriced if you compare it to pricing on regular goldtops with dark backs (as Dave mentioned, about $2,300) or even "aged" goldtops, which go for about $3,800. The premium price represents the "pizazz" for it being a limited edition, which is clearly an intangible element. That's "marketing" for you....

Way overpriced, imo.
