Jeff Porcaro
Spare a thought for Jeff Porcaro who we lost 20 years ago today (5th August 1992).
Listening to Jeff taught me how to groove and how to be economical with my guitar playing. Jeff played on so many great hits and with a countless number of fantastic artists. Odds are you will hear Jeff's playing on the radio every day and you wouldn't know it. A proper drummer and a real inspiration to musicians around the world.

Re: Jeff Porcaro
Hear, here. What a groove player. Whenever I write a rock piece, there is usually a Porcaro groove working in my head.

Re: Jeff Porcaro
One of Jeff's best sessions. Taking nothing away from George here, but for me Jeff really makes the cut.
