• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

There are some, most from 74. I have had one 74 Custom with nicely matched 2 piece top.

Interesting is, that i have never seen a pre 74 one yet. Most 5 or 7 piece tops are from 74 on the other side too. :hmm

1 other with embossed pickups.

1 from before. Post #1. Really cool guitar. With a nice neck profile. 100% original

2 things. Really was on the fence with the sound of the HB under P-90.
The look also was ...discerning. I had an extra Dunc. SP-90 1B and looks +
sounds fine.

The 1973 Norlin I just bought has a two piece top but it's not a centre seam.
