I am weak, weak, weak....(Murphy content)

I sold my aged Murphy in Arlington & found that I missed it so...the guys at MusicMachine made me an offer I couldn't refuse on this '03 Murphy aged, just less than 8.4 pounds--I should have it Tuesday morning!!

Greg,

I recently purchased an 03 aged Murphyand it's the best reissue/new guitar I've owned. I've played 3 of the 03 Murphs and they were all great guitars.!!! Yours looks great!! Congrats

Nice flame, GREAT color! A bit Pearly-esque on the left side...

It's here!....gotta question...

I received the guitar yesterday and waited 11 hours before opening the case (it was very cold yesterday). It is a mother#$@ & has really exceeded my expectations in tone, feel and looks. The tone pots don't do shit though.

So I'm going to put some old BumbleB's in it, but which ones? I have four of them--here's the nf measurements:

24.4nf, 24.6nf, 26.8nf, 23.2nf Any of you technical wizards wanna give advice on which two to use?

I didn't measure the pu's but they're hotter than my PAF's on my Keebler, which are around 8.6 I don't want to change pu's yet.

CG,
Go to Radio Shack and by little alligator-clamp-ended wires. Then test each cap and see what you like before soldering.

Or send the guitar here and I'll do it for you. It may take a little longer, but it's worth it. Honest.
