Ian Bairnson Jamming

Ian has long been one of my favourite guitarists, such a skilled and melodic player who has a massive catalog of well known work behind him yet not a lot of people don't know him by name.

Here's a clip of him jamming on his '74 Custom... enjoy

Re: Ian Bairnson Jamming

Ian is a terrific guitar player and a great person.

I was jamming with him in my place a couple of weeks ago and we will meet again soon. He's a tasty player!

First class guy!

Very nice. A couple extra switches on that custom, do you know what they're about?

Re: Ian Bairnson Jamming

Ian is a really great player. I love that real lyrical, melodic style of playing. He's responsible for one of my favourite guitar moments in a pop song too.

Tone and phrasing - that's how it's done.

Wow how cool is that! ...you're a lucky guy to have Ian as a jamming buddy.

Does he still have his burst?
