hehe thanks! you should know this 9 7177, it originally belonged to your buddy phil a few years ago and has your BB caps in it!

the color in the pic doesn't show how it's faded a bit since '07 (it's kept intentionally out if its case), and i feel like the finish has cured a bit more and the guitar feels more woody and dried out since when i got it in '07. is that crazy talk? dunno, but i love this guitar!

That's mine 07 R9 from Italy number 9-72XX. I realy don't think it's a Killer top like the others I've seen here in this post but we know that oversea don't came the first choise.

This here fella is an 07 R9 with Throbak SLE 101 ltd PUPS. Full Rs kit with Luxe BBs.
You cant see the Grovers but they're on there. Weighed 9.3 lbs without the grovers so I can imagine its a few ounces heavier.

A Chief of Police in Manhattan bought it from Guitar Center. Ordered online and received a crazy top like this! Didn't think it can happen. Anyway, he had it for almost a year and never played it. Maybe 5 times. He traded it into Manny's Music (now Sam Ash) for something else. It was hanging on the wall for maybe a week before I came in and fully inspected it. It sounded like a gem through a 1974x demo they had there. Now its mine.

I don't know if anyone remembers but, Todd Louis had his eye on it while I had it on hold for a few days and posted some pics on the forum a while back.
