My guess is that that's a joke by whoever took the picture.
Car looks like a fairly recent one, pic is quite likely taken using a digital camera, probably using a phone. I would assume this was taken some time within the past 10 years.
Even if the seller didn't know what a Les Paul is, an electric guitar as well made as a Gibson is worth more than that today.
Nice try on the 'garage sale' story...

A chaffing dish is a fancy elitest chef term for hobo burner.

Which means you could literally use dried animal dung as fuel.

If I was the seller my price would be $249 USD.
