Here's a super rare, one of a kind 1959 ES-345 that I owned for several years and recently purchased back from my friend Vic DaPra.

Rare flamed cherry finish in 1959-


Super cool TWO PIECE back!

Beautiful, Charlie...I have a '59 stop tail w/removed Bigsby in watermelon/Cherry that is a monster. Gil was kind enough to sell me that one.
I've been having trouble posting photos w/'my computer; wil try to get more of both guitars up tonight!

Beautiful! It seems all these cherry red '59 345 models were from a closely knit group of serial numbers. I owned A31411 and it was the same watermelon color with some nice birdseye figuring. Black Varitone ring...I also owned a '59 355 Stereo with a two piece matched tiger stripe back...

I'm lucky enough to own two of the 1959 cherry ES-345's.
The stop tail piece is A 31038
The Bigsby model is A 31412

Black varitone rings and gold knobs....
Love them both
