• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

This cd has been in my car for several months now. Great stuff !

Does anyone here have any knowledge of what gear was used ?

Particularly;

Dickeys guitars/amps, mics.

Duanes guitars/amps, mics.

Berrys guitars/amps, mics. ( very refreshing to finally here the bass in the remix )

Greggs vocals are awesome, but the drums needed better mics imho

Anyway, thanks in advance guys :salude

I've read reports the guitars were the Darkburst and Goldie. They both plugged into tweed Bassmans.

Don't know about the other stuff.

It was a small room (38 X 39 feet) for a live gig with an audience.

Butch Trucks (RIP) said, "We were set up in that studio just like we did on stage. But it was better. Rather than having their backs to me, the front line, Duane, Dickey and Berry, was facing us in kind of a semi-circle. We cut everything down. Duane didn't have his full stack of Marshalls. He went with what he would use in a studio."
