No bed, no bath not much use. You might be able to convert the seating areas but the closets kinda keep your clothes out as well. Not a lot of use for this one...I'll keep mine thanks. I do like the seat stitching though. I may try to add that...

Wow those guys really ripped out nearly all the comforts of home. Looks about as comfortable as a dentist office waiting room. bah
