Here's a pic of my modded Classic, for no other reason than I got a new camera (Nikon 3300).

A split between subtle flame and mineral patterns.

I'm told that sunlight can lighten the snot inlays - need to give that a try this summer :)

It's a 2003. I don't know how good or bad year that was. But I like it.

I've swapped out pretty much all the hardware - tuners, trc, pickups, rings, pickguard. Installed pointers.

The only giveaway compared to something much more expensive is "classic" on the headstock and the wider binding in the cutout (the strange thing, to me, is that the wider binding looks more fiddly to achieve, and yet, is seen as a spoiler??).

The thing weighs around 10lbs - when my back starts to ache, I put it down and pick up my GT, which is 3lbs lighter!:)
