• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Do (circa 1969) Les Paul Professionals belong in the 68/69 Les Paul section? Vid clip

Sure it belongs here. I never saw one in action on stage.
That cracked me up a bit during the solo- all of those steel note coming from somewhere- and no lap player anywhere in sight.

I'm not sure if I ever posted this before, but an episode of Pawn Stars had one of these walk in.....................

Also, when I was at the Nashville Antique Archeology location (American Pickers), Mike had one hanging on the wall. With the price he was asking, I think it will hang there for many years to come!

Too bad they couldn't be bothered to put on fresh strings for a $4200.00 guitar. I've never seen strings that bad.

I don't think they really want to sell anything but T Shirts & refrigerator magnets.
