It felt Odd in my hands. I inspected it for about 30 minutes before I put a down payment on it. The serial number tells me its a 2005 I believe. Oh and the strings are acoustic strings on it (its from a pawn shop)based on the photos I see here, I am going to say it is not a Gibson, looks like bronze strings on too. a more closer inspection would be needed and I may be wrong here but the the control cavity would probably help too
Me too! Maybe it's a limited run or a true 1 of a kind, who knows, but we shall see. I just figured I'd turn to the trusty people of Lespaulforum to help me outinteresting find for sure, looking forward to see what you find out about it

It felt right in my hands. I inspected it for about 30 minutes before I put a down payment on it. The serial number tells me its a 2005 I believe. Either way, its beautiful or at least it will be even better when I completely make it my own. Oh and the strings are acoustic strings on it (its from a pawn shop)
:hee:spabout:laugh2::roflIt's a Chibson. The 12th fret character is Chinese hanzi. Loosely translated, it means "sucker".

if it is a Chibson, then get your money back ASAP. from what I understand fake gibson of this type cannot be sold, they are considered counterfeit.
You bought that in a gun shop?
UPDATE: the guitar is definitely fake but I did get a full refund. Buyer beware
