• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I have a 1975 Deluxe/Standard. Deluxe on the label with a "99" prefix to the serial number. Factory humbucker route as indicated by the presense of some wood between the end of the neck and pickup cavity. Mini humbucker routes were flush with the end of the neck and an aftermarket mod would still be flush to the end of the neck.

This is also what I have. I'm not sure which factory it was produced at. The pots are dated 1977 but this serial number decal starts with 99 which indicates 1975. This period seems to be very confusing.

I have always been led to understand that in those days the last 3 digits were the indicator for the production plant. Below 500 was Kalamazoo and 500 and above was Nashville.
